GIFTS TO INDIVIDUALS:

NC4BA grants charitable gifts to qualified individuals, who as a result of being victimized by bankruptcy abuse and may not receive a ‘fresh start’ from their bankruptcy experience, and may fall into the following charitable classes:

1. Poor or indigent
2. Children
3. Elderly
4. Handicapped, Disadvantaged or Employment impaired
5. Medically needy
6. People whose civil rights have been violated
